CRS are assisting our client in sourcing a full time Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team. This is a hands-on role covering both tendering and live project delivery on a range of complex demolition projects. (The role is open to varied levels of experience.)
Key Responsibilities of Quantity Surveyor:
- Prepare and submit tenders
- Manage projects from contract award to final account
- Price variations and demolition-related works
- Support site teams with commercial and contractual matters
- Liaise with internal teams and clients
Quantity Surveyor requirements:
- Background in construction or demolition would be highly desired
- Experience working for a contractor or subcontractor
- Good commercial and contractual knowledge
- Organised, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Degree, HNC or HND qualified
