CRS are currently assisting our specialist tool hire client in sourcing a full time Branch Manager to join the depot in Bristol. The successful candidate will be responsible for overall performance including full P&L, health and safety and compliance coupled with developing and maintaining a highly engaged and motivated team. This role is key in the overall performance of the wider region and is an excellent opportunity to join one division of a much larger network of companies. Depot Manager responsibilities include: Achieve revenue and margin targets. Leading and developing a team. Recruitment, resource planning, objectives setting, measuring performance, training & development and coaching. Develop and embed a culture of HSE, Quality and Customer Service. Maximise revenue and new business opportunities Ensure that all relevant company procedures and administration processes are fit for purpose and are adhered to. Ensure that Branch premises are effectively maintained. Any other duties commensurate with your capabilities.
