Clark James Insurance Recruitment are excited to offer this hugely lucrative Insurance Business Development role offering a negotiable basic of around £50k-£60k plus uncapped and generous commission – 40% of all new business in year one so an OTE well into 6 figures for the right person.

This hybrid working position is with a leading independent Insurance Broker in North London who are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to join their broking team dealing with your specialist area, either General Insurance, Commercial Insurance or PMI / Employee Benefits.

This is a company that is fully committed to developing and retaining their staff by providing a highly professional and motivational environment. They are looking for the best candidate to represent them.

You will be tasked with growing and developing a book of Insurance business using a mixture of warm leads and self-generation as well as your own networking skills and contacts. Strong sales ability and good communication skills will enable the successful applicant to develop good relationships with clients and maximise the revenue for the department. This is a customer-focused business so the service provided to clients is critical.

It is a requirement that you have good technical knowledge of your specialist area of Insurance products and have attained or are looking to study towards your CII qualifications. You will be adept at networking and proactively seeking new opportunities.

Generous salary and package are on offer plus substantial benefits and an uncapped bonus scheme on new business. Clark James will fully support you should you be selected for an interview.
