Clark James Recruitment are a specialist recruiter within the Insurance industry offering this exciting opportunity for a High Net Worth Account Executive to join a large and expanding Insurance Broker in the North London area. The role is PART HOME part office based so you’ll need to live in reach of North London. The main purpose of this role is to inherit and service the HNW account, this would require visiting clients and converting new business enquiries and of course maximising opportunities to write business with existing Commercial clients but the priority is to keep up the excellent retention rate of existing clients and maintain a personal service. You would need several years of experience within a relevant Insurance role. Private Clients/Personal Lines experience is essential and any experience of dealing with HNW policies would be a bonus as some of the risks involved are complex. This is a senior role so the company need around 5 years or more of experience. Main responsibilities will include: * Deciding which insurers should be approached on specific risks and negotiating the most appropriate terms for the client. * Manage Client Service levels by identifying each client's service requirements and managing to ensure service meets agreed standards. * Growing the revenue and profitability of the client portfolio. * Retaining the existing client base and acquire new clients You must be a confident communicator as you will be required to liaise with clients in a knowledgeable manner and these are of a VIP nature so they expect a high level of service. We are looking for a dynamic individual who is articulate, hardworking and dedicated to their career within the insurance industry.
