Hybrid home/North East Essex 3 days based role. Clark James Insurance Recruitment are working with a prestigious Insurance broker currently looking to appoint an experienced commercially trained Account Handler to join their busy team. You will be dealing with mid-size to large corporate risks that can be complex in nature, so good experience is needed!
The Role
- Service a portfolio of business through broking and renewals, adjustments, queries and any other issues that may arise on the accounts.
- Actively involved in the broking of new business to market - liaising with insurers and negotiating the best possible terms.
- Responsible for dealing with a wide range of classes of commercial business including Property, Liability, Combined, Fleet, Goods In Transit, Cyber amongst others.
You should be a proven Insurance Account Handler/Broker or Underwriter used to dealing with complex risks and be looking to join a business which is expanding in its field. Insurance qualifications are preferred but not essential for the right candidate who will be committed, resilient and used to multi-tasking.
