The predicted salary is between 40000 - 50000 € per year.

This is a fantastic new hybrid vacancy (with 3 days a week in Liverpool) to really make your mark within a big name within Motor Insurance claims. The role will sit within Operations and involve leading a team of motor claims handlers to develop them and maximise efficiencies, specifically within Recovery, so exposure to this would be even better.

The role would suit someone from a Motor Insurance background with some managerial experience which will allow you to understand the challenges and objectives of the team. This will include:

  • Performance management of staff
  • Dealing with all aspects of people management including quality auditing, absence, holidays and time management
  • Monthly one-to-ones
  • Performance reviews
  • Training and development
  • Disciplinary procedures
  • Staff welfare

You will use your claims experience to maximise the imparting of technical knowledge to the team by way of mentoring and coaching.
