Salary & Benefits:
- Base salary: £50,000-£60,000
- Commission: up to 40% of all new business in year one, with an uncapped bonus scheme. OTE can reach well into six figures for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:
- Grow and develop a book of insurance business using a mix of warm leads and self‑generation.
- Network and proactively seek new opportunities within the specialist areas of General Insurance, Commercial Insurance, PMI, and Employee Benefits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high-quality service and maximizing revenue for the department.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Proven track record in new business development in insurance.
- Good technical knowledge of specialist insurance products.
- Experience or aspiration to study towards CII qualifications.
- Strong sales ability and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid, independent brokerage environment.
