Clark James Insurance Recruitment are working with an expanding, successful Insurance Broker who have a new opportunity within their Commercial Insurance sales team.
Location: Thanet
Responsibilities:
- Office based dealing with new business enquiries.
- Speak to the client to work out what covers are needed and broking to the market.
- Negotiate with underwriters – this is a proper Insurance broker, not a call centre.
- Handle insurance administration, creating quotations, setting up computer records, issuing documentation.
- Develop a strong understanding of systems and policy wordings.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Insurance sales experience, perhaps within Personal Lines, Motor, Fleet or Commercial Insurance.
- Motivated to succeed, achieve targets and a good telephone communicator.
