We are looking for a candidate with knowledge and understanding of the Insurance claims process from FNOL to settlement. This is a varied and customer-focused role in which you will look after long-term loyal clients. The role deals with commercial insurance claims, and experience in commercial or personal lines claims would be useful.
Responsibilities
- Handle contact from insurers, clients, uninsured loss providers, and third parties
- Record claims and forward them immediately to insurers and/or uninsured loss recovery agents; update records as claims progress
- Oversee claims from first notification to settlement
- Advise clients regarding claims procedures and liability
- Produce claims reports as required
- Ensure that files are maintained and cleared as appropriate
Requirements
You must have previous experience of working within an Insurance Claims role and be able to handle a portfolio from start to finish.
