They are experiencing excellent growth and demand from a loyal and rapidly growing client base which has opened up several career opportunities right across the business which will suit candidates with prior Insurance industry experience or similar.

Role highlights:

  • Servicing Insurance policies of any type, with responsibilities spanning administration, renewals, mid-term adjustments, speaking to clients on the phone and sometimes in person as well as via email, and looking after all aspects of their policy.

Responsibilities:

  • Service Insurance policies of any type, including administration, renewals, and mid-term adjustments.
  • Communicate with clients via phone, in person, and email to manage policy needs.
  • Look after all aspects of each client’s policy while maintaining high service standards.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Insurance is preferred or similar relevant experience.
