Clark James Recruitment are offering this exciting opportunity for a High Net Worth Account Executive to join a large and expanding Insurance Broker in the SE London/Kent area. The role is office based 5 days so you’ll need to live in reach of London.
The main purpose of this role is to inherit and service the HNW account, which would require visiting clients and converting new business enquiries while maximising opportunities to write business with existing Commercial clients. The priority is to maintain the excellent retention rate of existing clients and provide a personal service.
You would need several years of experience within a relevant Insurance role. Private Clients/Personal Lines experience is essential, and any experience of dealing with HNW policies would be a bonus as some of the risks involved are complex. This is a senior role, so the company needs around 5 years or more of experience.
Main responsibilities will include:
- Deciding which insurers should be approached on specific risks and negotiating the most appropriate terms for the client.
- Managing Client Service levels by identifying each client's service requirements and ensuring service meets agreed standards.
- Growing the revenue and profitability of the client portfolio.
- Retaining the existing client base and acquiring new clients.
You must be a confident communicator as you will be required to liaise with clients in a knowledgeable manner, and these are of a VIP nature so they expect a high level of service. We are looking for a dynamic individual who is articulate, hardworking, and dedicated to their career within the insurance industry.
Salary is negotiable depending on experience along with excellent benefits and bonus.
