Clark James Insurance Recruitment have a brand new Essex based role, ideal for Insurance professionals with good sales skills and existing Motor Fleet experience/Commercial Motor Insurance sales experience. This role is only open for an experienced UK Insurance person. With access to a wide panel of fleet underwriters including specialised capacity and a ready supply of new business leads, you will be able to offer customers a truly unique proposition backed by first class customer service and ongoing risk management.
You will inherit a book of existing key clients as well as new business activities. You will be required to negotiate with clients and underwriters in a professional and skilful manner. Prior Insurance sales experience in the motor fleet sector is essential, and the successful candidate will need to be able to communicate with fleets across a wide range of sectors at all levels. We are looking for a motivated, career minded individual to join our team and to share in the success of a fast growing and forward thinking company.
Your key duties will include:
- Winning new business from incoming sales leads.
- Working with in house fleet technology experts for improved customer risk management.
- Fact finding, quoting and preparing policy documentation.
- Managing a portfolio of existing clients to provide ongoing support, meet renewal targets and process mid-term adjustments.
- Seek opportunities to recommend ‘additional’ covers to ensure that all insurance requirements are satisfied.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legal/regulatory requirements.
