Role Business Submission (drive business through) Manage and drive cases on the go. Address delays. Deal with any admin issues/funds unmatched. Hand off cases to our paraplanning partner and liaise as necessary for additional information / ensure cases are dealt with promptly. Checking Suitability Letters before they are submitted. Chasing clients on outstanding docs/confirmation happy to proceed. Manage Final Salary cases through / non-transfer proposals. Client Servicing Manage withdrawals/encashments.
