What we do: We help clients turn the potential of new medicines, technologies and services into progress for patients. We do this through a wide variety of projects, which include communicating the latest clinical data and opinion at scientific meetings and creating materials for healthcare professionals on how to integrate new medicines into local healthcare systems and communicate effectively with patients about treatment choices and expectations. Who we work with: Our clients include pharmaceutical companies, health technology companies, health start-ups and patient groups. What you will need: The ideal applicant will have: Qualifications: Degree-level scientific subject. Previous experience: Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in account handling role within a medical education or healthcare communications agency. Project, team and client management: Run multiple projects confidently and calmly, motivate and manage internal teams and develop strong client relationships. Critical thinker: Develop strategic plans, solve problems and create opportunities for growth. Client service mindset: Accountable for client satisfaction with excellent attention to detail and pride in quality of work and agency reputation. Industry aware: Understand pharmaceutical industry and scientific/medical terminology and be able to work in line with compliance processes (e.g., UK ABPI Code of Practice). Veeva Vault PromoMats: Competent in managing the upload and anchoring of materials and actioning of amends, with a solid understanding of how to interpret and reference clinical trial and research data. Event management: Experienced in organising scientific symposia, standalone meetings and webinars, including speaker management. Content generation: Excellent writing skills with experience of developing event invitations, delegate communications, agendas, slide decks and meeting reports. Finances: Strong financial management skills, including budget development, tracking and reconciliation. Agency contribution: Eager to take on agency responsibilities, contribute to growing the business and shape the future direction of CHC. Collaborative: Work with cross-functional teams, including medical writers, and digital and creative partners, to deliver high-quality and scientifically accurate materials that meet our clients’ strategic objectives.
