We are looking for a skilled and reliable Spray Painter and Powder Coater Operative to join our manufacturing team. This is a practical, hands-on role focused on preparing, coating and finishing doors to exact specifications, ensuring durability, consistency and quality across every product.
The role
- Powder coating and spray painting doors and components to defined specifications
- Operating paint shop equipment including spray guns, compressors and powder coating plant
- Preparing surfaces using hand and power tools such as sanders and grinders
- Handling and using hazardous substances safely in line with procedures
- Marking, labelling and identifying components accurately
- Inspecting finished work to ensure quality and finish standards are met
- Working independently or as part of a team to meet production requirements
You may also be required to support other departments when workload demands.

- You are practical, detail focused and take pride in producing high-quality finished work.
- You work safely, follow instructions carefully and understand the importance of consistency in a manufacturing environment.
- You are reliable, punctual and flexible, with a willingness to work overtime when required to support business needs.

Experience and skills
- Proven experience in powder coating and or industrial painting
- Experience using hand tools and machinery in a manufacturing environment
- Good attention to detail and ability to work accurately to deadlines
- Paint spraying experience preferred but not essential
- Full training will be provided for the right candidate
