We are seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead daily operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for supervising production teams, driving safety and quality initiatives, and ensuring production goals are met while fostering a positive and accountable workplace culture.
- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities for a team of 10-35 employees.
- Ensure safety, quality, productivity, and operational targets are consistently achieved.
- Assign work, monitor performance, and provide coaching and development to team members.
- Partner with Maintenance, Quality, and other departments to support efficient operations.
- Monitor equipment and production processes, addressing issues and escalating repairs as needed.
- Maintain production records and analyze performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
- Promote and enforce safety policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, quality, and employee engagement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum 4 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing, production, processing, construction, or industrial environment.
- Experience leading hourly employees in a fast-paced operational setting.
- Strong understanding of workplace safety programs and operational best practices.
- Proven leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with computer systems and production reporting tools.
