Founded in 1978, Clark Contracts Ltd is a privately owned main contractor with several operating divisions; Construction, Fit Out, Small Works, Retail, Housing, Maintenance and Manufactured Joinery. ? We employ over 220 people with offices in the East and West of Scotland. Its an exciting time for both our Housing Division and our Development Partner Nova Homes and we have a unique opportunity for an experienced Development Manager to join our team and play a key role in our future success. Role & Responsibilities As Development Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for all project team members, both internal and external and will ensure the acquisition and planning programme is adhered to. You will manage the acquisition and development process for land and joint venture opportunities, you will also be involved in all development projects that involve acquisition and pre planning development work and budget management where applicable depending on the project. Key responsibilities include: Managing Technical, Legal, and Planning constraints associated with potential land acquisitions.
