Clark Boyle Solicitors is a well-established Glasgow firm seeking a Private Client Solicitor to join our friendly and experienced team. This role is suited to candidates with a minimum of 4 years’ PQE, however applications are welcomed from all levels of experience, and the position and remuneration can be tailored accordingly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a varied caseload in our private client team, including:
    • Wills and estate planning
    • Powers of Attorney
    • Executries and estate administration
  • Deliver clear, practical and empathetic advice to clients
  • Maintain strong client relationships

Requirements

  • Qualified Solicitor admitted in Scotland (essential)
  • Minimum 4 years’ PQE in private client, but all experience levels considered
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
