We are looking for a friendly, professional, and highly organised

Receptionist & Facilities Coordinator to join our EMEA Headquarters in London.

You will be joining a professional and fun Facilities team and will be report to the Snr Manager of Real Estate and Facilities who is also based in London.

As the face of our office, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional visitor experience while supporting the day-to-day running of the workplace.

This role combines reception, hospitality, facilities coordination, office administration, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety and working with people.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for visitors, employees, clients, and contractors.
  • Manage reception services, visitor registration, ID badges, and access control.
  • Coordinate meeting rooms, catering, onsite meetings, and workplace events.
  • Answer and direct calls, manage reception enquiries, post, and courier services.
  • Support office operations, including supplies, stationery, kitchen facilities, and meeting room equipment.
  • Coordinate repairs, maintenance activities, and workplace services.
  • Assist with invoice processing and Accounts Payable submissions.
  • Support Health & Safety, Fire Safety, and workplace compliance activities.
  • Help maintain a welcoming, safe, and professional office environment.

About You

  • Previous experience in Reception, Front of House, Hospitality.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities and stakeholders in a busy office environment.
  • Facilities Experience including working with vendors, service providers, and office operations.
  • Proactive, organised, and detail-oriented.
  • Bilingual language skills would be an advantage.
  • Hours of work

This is a full-time, permanent role based out of our London office 5 days per week, 9-5.
