We are excited to add a highly motivated and experienced Director of Facility Management for the EMEA region to join our Real Estate & Facilities Team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the company's leased footprint in the region including: facility management, project management, space & occupancy planning, office design, health & safety, and vendor management.
As a subject matter expert, you will partner with internal stakeholders to understand local office requirements within the region and engage with our colleagues/external partners to execute those plans creating a culture of collaboration for the colleagues that we support. This is a high-impact role that will help shape how and where our colleagues work in over 25 countries across the globe.
About You β experience, education, skills, and accomplishments
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Architecture, Construction Management, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field / or experience
- 8 years of facilities management experience including: space and occupancy planning, project management, office design, environmental health & safety, and/or vendor management
- Strong project management capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive them to successful completion
- Proven ability to translate business objectives into actionable recommendations and results
- Familiarity with IWMS (Integrated Workplace Management System) and service request platforms

What will you be doing in this role?
- Partner closely with internal stakeholders and the executive leadership team on managing the day-to-day operations of our portfolio in the region, providing a high level of customer service to our colleagues
- Lead site opening, expansion, renovation, and closure projects in the region, coordinating with internal stakeholders, contractors, and site leadership to ensure project success
- Establish global/regional service request tools to streamline support processes and monitor SLAs to achieve established service objectives
- Develop and implement innovative programs, processes, and procedures that reduce overall operating costs while improving service
- Enhance space planning processes to better align our real estate footprint with the demand in each location. Partner with cross-functional teams to refine the long-term location strategy model and lead the execution of the plan
- Mitigate risk and oversee the health & safety of offices by ensuring facility complies with relevant laws, regulations, and safety standards
About the Team
The Global Real Estate and Facilities team is made up of 40+ colleagues across 12 countries. We provide day-to-day facility management support, ensure the safety and sustainability of our offices, and provide strategic support and analysis on the effectiveness and utilization of our offices.
Hours of Work
This is a full-time, hybrid position working within commutable distance to our London office with flexibility to adjust to various global time zones as needed.
