As the Director of Segment Sales, you will achieve sales targets by leading a team of account managers to develop and maintain strong customer relationships, driving account growth, and ensuring customer success. You will be responsible for ensuring your team’s understanding and interpreting customer needs and presenting them with compelling solutions to their problems. You will support your team’s work in overseeing customer portfolios, developing account strategies, and collaborating with internal teams. Leverage your strong leadership skills, cross-functional collaboration, and a deep understanding of the organizational structure to shape and execute the company's long-term vision.
