We’re hiring a Content Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you will execute the Life Sciences & Healthcare thought leadership plan through high quality, insight led content that builds visibility, credibility, and engagement with target audiences. This is a hands on content execution role, focused on delivering a consistent stream of short form and digital content, while supporting larger flagship thought leadership assets where needed.

About You – Experience, Education, Skills, And Accomplishments

  • At least 5 years of experience in content marketing, editorial, journalism, or communications roles in a B2B or SaaS environment
  • Proven experience executing thought leadership or insight led content programmes across digital channels
  • Strong experience writing and editing multi format content, including blogs, articles, executive bylines, social copy, email campaigns, and web content
  • Experience building and managing editorial calendars and content pipelines across multiple channels and contributors
  • Experience translating technical or industry topics, data, and SME input into structured written content
  • Experience working with content performance metrics (e.g. engagement, reach, traffic) to optimise output and channel effectiveness
  • Experience working with product marketing, demand generation, and SME teams to deliver content aligned to business priorities

It would be great if you also have

  • Experience supporting content programmes in Life Sciences, Healthcare, or MedTech environments
  • Experience working with external agencies or specialist writing resources
  • Experience managing content across paid and owned digital channels

What will you be doing in this role?

  • Execute Thought Leadership Content Delivery: Deliver the Life Sciences & Healthcare thought leadership content plan in partnership with the Director of Thought Leadership, SMEs, and product marketing teams
  • Create and Adapt Content Across Channels: Write, edit, and adapt content across formats including blogs, executive bylines, social media, email, and web content
  • Own Editorial Calendar and Content Pipeline: Build and manage a content calendar to ensure a consistent flow of thought leadership content across priority channels
  • Translate Insights into Content: Convert industry trends, customer challenges, and SME input into structured, accessible written content aligned to business priorities
  • Align with Campaign Activity: Partner with demand generation teams to align content with broader campaigns while maintaining separate thought leadership objectives
  • Measure and Optimise Content Performance: Track engagement and visibility metrics to refine content output and improve channel performance over time

About The Team

You will report to the Director of Thought Leadership, based in London, and will be part of a global team distributed across multiple locations. You will work closely with product leaders, data scientists, consultants, marketing and sales teams, communications, and therapy area experts across Clarivate to deliver high impact, insight led content aligned to business priorities.
