  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with key customers through strategic communication and exceptional service to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Provide renewal sales planning and contribute to the development and execution of comprehensive sales strategies.
  • Create, update, and analyze detailed reports on subscription activities, contract status, and renewal performance metrics.
  • Continuously enhance knowledge about product offerings and market trends to improve renewal sales effectiveness.
