The predicted salary is between 13 - 16 £ per hour.
We are looking to recruit a part‑time Receptionist to join our small Reception team. You will provide a welcoming and excellent first point of contact with visitors, staff and students (by telephone, e‑mail and in person), responding to enquiries, operating the LIPA switchboard and sorting incoming post.
You must have 5 GCSEs (Grades 4 or above), including English. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Teams, is essential. Strong verbal and written communication skills are required, along with the ability to engage positively with a diverse range of people in a fast‑paced and demanding environment.
We are open to considering a split in hours for the successful candidate(s), subject to availability and LIPA's operational needs. As part of our team, you'll enjoy 22 days holiday entitlement (pro‑rated), additional closure days over Christmas and complimentary tickets to our in‑house productions. This is a permanent post to commence as soon as possible.
