As part of our small, dynamic team, you’ll work with a range of clients, from household brands to cool startups, producing effective, crafted creative that both our clients and team can be proud of. You’ll be an intelligent and strategic thinker, solving problems through storytelling with a passion for the creative process and a portfolio that demonstrates it. Your experience will cover all aspects of brand and its application in both animated, digital and printed form. You’ll need to work both independently and as part of a team across client briefs, so it’s important that you’re a great communicator and problem solver who enjoys responsibility and making things happen.
Responsibilities:
- Understanding of client ambition and strategy to inform effective responses to their briefs.
- Exemplary communication skills, both externally, being able to question client needs and translate your vision to them, and internally, galvanising and inspiring other team members around client briefs and creative challenges.
- Interpretation and guardianship of client brand guidelines and frameworks to effectively translate them into our brief responses and be a reference point for them.
