This is a fantastic opportunity for the right person to grow into and become an established Financial Planner/Adviser. You will learn a huge amount very quickly, working closely with a friendly, close-knit, and supportive team who are committed to your development at every stage. You will be involved in the full advice process from the start. This role is available due to continued organic growth at Clarity Wealth Limited. Progression into the full role is expected to take 12 months, and your long-term path will evolve into either a New Business Adviser or a Servicing Adviser, depending on your skills, preferences, and suitability. We recognise that both are valuable but distinct career paths, and success looks different for different people. Your progression is dependent on your commitment, performance and professionalism.
This is a demanding role that requires real dedication. It will involve:
- Studying for Chartered exams in your own time
- Occasional out-of-hours client meetings
- Home visits
- Timely follow-up on new enquiries and leads
- Answering enquiries out of office hours
This is not for everyone – it’s hard work and requires initiative, resilience, and a genuine passion for financial planning. But for those who want it, the rewards are significant, and the long-term career is highly fulfilling. You will be client-facing within a few months, with full sign-off expected after 12 months, subject to your development. This is supported by our unique one-to-one training, hands-on experience, and regular client exposure. You’ll benefit from direct mentoring from the Founder/Director, as well as additional support from experienced advisers and the wider team. As a growing company, you’ll play a real role in shaping our future. You’ll be supported throughout, but we’re looking for someone who brings a growth mindset, initiative, and a willingness to learn and adapt.
At Clarity Wealth Limited, we are truly independent and directly authorised by the FCA. Our advice is rooted in holistic financial planning – covering pensions, protection, investments, and cashflow modelling. We use evidence-based, metric-driven research and have no contingent relationships with funds or providers. That means as an adviser, you can work with confidence that you are always doing what’s right for the client.
Due to the hands-on training, the role is initially office-based at Beechwood House, but once you are fully signed off, flexible working options can be considered. The breadth of experience you will gain in your first 12 months is unmatched, due to our collaborative culture and the full-cycle advice process you’ll be part of.
Salary: £36,000 – £50,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Discretionary annual bonuses (paid every year to all staff to date). Death in service cover (4x salary). Company pension scheme. Chartered exam costs covered in full. Uncapped earning potential through a progressive bonus and payment scheme. Opportunities for new client referrals. Support to build your own professional connections over time.
We care deeply about our team and our clients. Our aim is to build careers, not just fill roles – and we’re proud to offer a workplace where people feel valued, supported and challenged to grow.
The ideal candidate will be:
- Motivated and career-focused with a genuine interest in financial services
