Trainee Financial Advisor / Financial Advisor

This is a fantastic opportunity for the right person to grow into and become an established Financial Planner/Adviser. Progression into the full role is expected to take 12 months , and your long-term path will evolve into either a New Business Adviser or a Servicing Adviser , depending on your skills, preferences, and suitability . Your progression is dependent on your commitment, performance and professionalism . Answering enquiries out of office hours

This is supported by our unique one-to-one training, hands-on experience, and regular client exposure. Our advice is rooted in holistic financial planning – covering pensions, protection, investments, and cashflow modelling. Due to the hands-on training, the role is initially office-based at Beechwood House , but once you are fully signed off, flexible working options can be considered. Salary: £36,000 – £50,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications
