Due to the hands-on training and close support, the role is office-based at our newly refurbished offices at Beechwood House in Roundhay, Leeds. The breadth of experience you will gain in your first 12 months is unmatched, due to our collaborative culture and the full-cycle advice process you’ll be part of. Therefore if you are not able to commute on a daily basis this will not be suitable for you.
As a Graduate Financial Planner at Clarity Wealth Limited, you will embark on a structured development programme designed to transition you into either a fully qualified and Chartered Financial Planner or a Paraplanner, depending on your suitability and preferences. This program offers a unique opportunity to learn the industry from the inside while providing comprehensive administrative support, managing client relationships, and assisting with research and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide comprehensive administrative support to IFA(s) (Independent Financial Advisers).
- Manage client relationships, including scheduling appointments and handling inquiries.
- Process new business applications and maintain accurate client records.
- Prepare and submit regulatory paperwork.
- Coordinate with product providers and third-party organizations.
- Assist with research and analysis of financial products to support recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Maintain a professional, organized, and efficient work environment.
- Financial Planner: Progress through professional qualifications, eventually becoming a fully qualified and Chartered Financial Planner.
- Paraplanner: For those more suited to behind-the-scenes research and report creation, the program offers a tailored path to becoming a professional Paraplanner.
- Recently graduated (2:1 or higher) in finance, economics, or a related field.
- Strong interest in financial planning and wealth management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Willingness to work in an office environment to ensure a cooperative learning environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- IT proficient with ability to adapt and use multiple types of software.
