We’re looking for a Supplier Marketing Manager to own the planning, coordination, and delivery of marketing activity across a growing portfolio of hotel and non‑hotel suppliers. This role will manage annual supplier marketing calendars, maintain the central marketing plan, coordinate activity with preferred suppliers, and work closely with sales teams to deliver campaigns on time and to a high standard.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee 30+ marketing calendars across hotel and non‑hotel suppliers
  • Update and refresh annual marketing portfolios, including new campaign ideas
  • Create and maintain a master central marketing grid covering all activity
  • Work with preferred suppliers to secure activity well in advance of distribution dates
  • Send monthly reminders and follow‑ups to keep scheduled activity on track
  • Collect, organise, and store marketing materials
  • Create yearly supplier and hotel marketing calendars aligned to spend and commercial priorities
  • Partner closely with sales teams to generate new ideas and activity for suppliers
  • Support the updating and management of company documents including annual RFPs, training presentations, quarterly business reviews, and market reports
  • Improve methods and processes to ensure on‑time delivery of all marketing activity
  • Support general sales and marketing enquiries and provide cover when team members are on leave

Experience

  • 3-5 years’ experience in a marketing, partnership marketing, trade marketing, marketing operations, or campaign coordination role
  • Experience managing multiple campaigns, schedules, or marketing calendars at the same time
  • Experience working with external suppliers, partners, or third‑party stakeholders
  • Experience supporting sales teams with joint marketing activity and promotional planning
  • Experience coordinating marketing materials, approvals, and delivery deadlines
  • Experience producing presentations, reports, and commercial documents to a high standard
  • Experience improving processes and ways of working to increase efficiency and accuracy
  • Travel, hospitality, or supplier‑led marketing experience is desirable
