We are expanding our Warehouse team and are looking for a Warehouse Goods In Supervisor to join our growing business. This role is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations related to receiving, storing, handling, and dispatching goods, ensuring inventory accuracy, staff productivity, safety compliance, and timely movement of stock.
Role and Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods
- Ensure accurate recording of inventory transactions and maintain proper stock levels
- Monitor inbound and outbound goods for quality, quantity, and documentation accuracy
- Lead, train, and schedule warehouse staff to meet operational targets
- Enforce warehouse safety procedures, cleanliness, and compliance with company policies
- Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and sales teams to ensure smooth operations
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, damages, or delays
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse reports
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of warehouse equipment and tools
Person Specification
- Previous warehouse experience, with supervisory experience (Essential)
- Strong knowledge of inventory management and warehouse processes (Essential)
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills (Essential)
- Ability to use warehouse management systems (Orderwise) (Preferred) and basic computer applications (Essential)
