The Role: As a Pharmacy Dispensing Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the dispensing process and ensuring patients receive their medications accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Dispense prescriptions accurately and efficiently in line with SOPs, GPhC standards, and legal requirements.
- Label, assemble, and prepare medicines for final accuracy checks by the pharmacist.
- Maintain accurate prescription records, patient information, and dispensing data.
- Monitor stock levels, receive deliveries, rotate stock, and support inventory management.
