Role Purpose
Lead the ongoing evolution of the ClarityGo booking tool, enhancing user experience and improving operational efficiency—particularly across Branch Operations and offline workflows. The role works closely with product, operations and wider business stakeholders to deliver a user‑friendly, commercially strong and market‑leading solution.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the ClarityGo product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with the Product Team to drive development, meet deadlines and maintain clear documentation.
- Gather and prioritise requirements from internal and external stakeholders; communicate timelines effectively.
- Collect feedback from operational teams, identifying efficiencies and proposing improvements.
- Support release communications, training, marketing activity and product promotion.
- Conduct market research to ensure competitiveness.
- Support testing (manual and automated), MI activity and development‑to‑delivery processes.
- Ensure user acceptance testing is completed before releases.
- Communicate any delays promptly to all stakeholders.
- Travel as required and undertake additional duties as needed.
Compliance & Governance
Adhere to all company policies, processes and mandatory training. Uphold data security requirements (e.g., GDPR, ISO, PCI DSS) and know how to report incidents. Support ESG principles and contribute to business objectives through IMPACT values.
Skills & Experience
- MUST HAVE PRODUCT EXPERIENCE WITHIN TMC, MEETINGS AND EVENTS
- Strong travel‑industry knowledge, with Online Booking Tool (OBT) experience.
- Proven experience within a product development environment.
- Skilled in writing requirements, user stories and product specifications.
- Knowledge of GDS, OBTs, profile management and mobile solutions.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, organisation, time‑management and presentation skills.
