Weekend Business Travel Consultant (Out of Hours)

We’re looking for an experienced Business Travel Consultant to support our customers at weekends. This role is focused entirely on Saturday and Sunday cover, supporting travellers during the day when they need quick, confident help.

Hours

  • Minimum 22 hours per weekend
  • Hours worked across Saturday and Sunday
  • Shifts will fall between 8am and 8pm

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing business travel bookings and changes over the weekend
  • Handling flights, hotels, rail and car hire
  • Supporting customers during disruption or urgent changes
  • Working independently and making decisions confidently
  • Using GDS and internal systems to manage bookings accurately
  • Delivering a calm, professional service when customers need it most

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience as a Business Travel Consultant
  • Confident using a GDS (Galileo, Amadeus or Sabre)
  • Comfortable working weekends as standard
  • Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills
  • A customer‑first mindset and ability to stay calm under pressure
