You've built a career in an accountancy practice, exam-qualified or studying towards ACCA or ACA, and are looking to make a career move. Preparing financial statements for a varied client portfolio of sole traders, partnerships, charities and limited companies, preparing independent examinations for charity clients and assisting in audits. Responsibilities:- Audit, account preparation, preparing cash flows, resolving client queries, tax computations, completing VAT returns and producing year-end accounts.
- Prepare financial statements for a varied client portfolio of sole traders, partnerships, charities and limited companies.
- Prepare independent examinations for charity clients and assist in audits.
- Visitor-facing work as part of a firm with infrastructure to support complex or unusual queries for clients.
- Experience in an accountancy practice setting.
- Exam-qualified or studying towards ACCA or ACA.
- Office environment with modern facilities; travel to client premises and other offices may be required.
- On-site parking available; access from the A1.
- Working hours: 8:30 am to 5:15 pm with a one-hour lunch break.
- Holidays: 25 days plus bank holidays.
