Summary
This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic administrative professional to join a rapidly growing Tax Advisory business, in a lovely team. Maternity cover (from May 2025, could lead to a permanent role) for the Office Executive lead, you will provide professional administrative and office support. This role is Monday to Friday office based, in the Birmingham Office.
Your Role will include:
- Day to day office management support including facilities and maintenance, dealing with internal & external post and office supplies.
- Client onboarding admin including, ID and AML checks, Engagement letters, assisting with KYC and risk assessments.
- Diary and meeting room management, taking responsibility for visitors booking, greeting & hospitality.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and proposals, liaise with as necessary and under the supervision of senior team members supporting the Company’s branding.
- Other general administrative support to the business such as invoicing, formatting presentations and company letters.
- Assist Operations Director with HR tasks, recruitment coordination, documentation, staff training co-ordination, onboarding and induction process, booking meetings and training.
- Assist with Events and Corporate Social Responsibility program.
- Health & Safety co-ordination to include First Aid & Fire Warden.
- Reporting to Operations Director and working with alongside Manchester Office Executive.
You will need
- Previous experience in a Professional Services office administration role.
- Business Administration qualification preferred.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Reliable, confident and dependable with a positive helpful attitude.
- Advanced level in Microsoft Office suite, intermediate level will be considered.
- Good IT Skills in both hardware and software.
- Good verbal and written communication.
- Exceptional organisation skills.
- Excellent customer care attitude.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
- Ability to prioritise effectively and work to deadlines.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills.
