Are you working in a Valuations team or interested in a career in Valuations? Are you looking for a new challenge as an Assistant Manager? If so, this could be an exciting opportunity to join a supportive and growing team. Our Valuations team works across a broad range of clients, sectors and projects. Due to the continued growth of the firm and the rapid expansion of this service line, we are looking to further strengthen our established Valuations team.
We appreciate that candidates may bring different levels of direct valuations experience. Whether you already work in valuations or are looking to build your experience in this area, you will be supported in your development, including working closely with our two partners and the wider valuations team, all of whom have extensive experience of providing valuation advice to high calibre clients across a range of sectors.
Background and ExperienceWe are looking for someone who has:
- Experience in or an understanding of preparing valuations for various purposes, including tax-advantaged option plans, employment-related securities, Capital Gains Tax, Inheritance Tax and corporate reorganisations.
- A commercial outlook and understanding of how different businesses operate.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience of dealing directly with clients and intermediaries.
- CTA and / or ACA qualified (preferred although not essential).
This role is preferably full-time, but we will consider part‑time / flexible working arrangements. Only those applicants who have a legal right to work in the UK and have an appropriate amount of practical relevant UK tax experience, as outlined above, will be considered for these roles.
