The Role:

  • Partnership Development
    • Manage and grow a portfolio of professional introducer relationships, including accountancy firms, law firms, corporate finance advisers and private equity.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships at Partner and Director level within introducer firms.
    • Develop and execute partnership plans to generate sustainable referral pipelines.
    • Act as the main point of contact for allocated partnerships.
  • Origination and Business Development
    • Proactively identify and originate new client opportunities through the partner network.
    • Introduce Claritas Tax services to new and existing partners, aligned to their client base.
    • Work with Partners and delivery teams to convert introductions into successful engagements.
    • Monitor and report on partnership activity, pipeline and conversion rates.
  • Internal Collaboration
    • Work closely with Partners and technical teams to ensure partner needs are met.
    • Collaborate with marketing on joint initiatives, events, campaigns and thought leadership.
    • Share market intelligence and partner feedback to support service development.
  • Market Presence
    • Represent Claritas Tax at meetings, events and networking activities.
    • Support the firm’s profile within the wider professional advisory community.

Personal Specification

  • Essential
    • Experience in partnerships, business development or origination within professional services.
    • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
    • Commercial mindset with a focus on opportunity creation and revenue growth.
    • Well organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple relationships.
    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Experience working with or alongside tax, accountancy or legal advisory firms.
    • Understanding of introducer-led business models.
    • Use of HubSpot, or similar CRM software.

Tax technical expertise is not required; however, an understanding of Tax advisory services and complex client environments is important.
