Here’s what you’ll do:

  • Own the Toughest Problems: Handle escalations from 1st and 2nd Line teams, ensuring timely resolutions for complex technical issues.
  • Manage Client Infrastructure: Oversee the setup, configuration, and maintenance of servers, networks, and cloud platforms.
  • Deliver Tailored Solutions: Collaborate with your team and clients to recommend and implement technical solutions that keep businesses secure and productive.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement: Suggest new tools, processes, and best practices to keep everyone one step ahead.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Technical Know-How: Solid experience in Microsoft 365, Windows Server, networking, and virtualisation. Comfortable with advanced troubleshooting and configurations.
  • MSP Background: Previous experience in a Managed Service Provider environment is a big plus, but a strong learning mindset is also valued.
  • Proactive Attitude: Constantly looking for ways to expand skill set and take initiative, such as learning new tech tools or streamlining processes.
  • Growth Mindset: Whether a seasoned 3rd Liner or a strong 2nd Liner ready to step up, you’re eager to learn, adapt, and take on more responsibility in a smaller team.
