- Deliver Tailored Solutions: Collaborate with your team and clients to recommend and implement technical solutions that keep businesses secure and productive.
- Drive Continuous Improvement: Suggest new tools, processes, and best practices to keep everyone one step ahead.
What You’ll Bring:
- Technical Know-How: Solid experience in Microsoft 365, Windows Server, networking, and virtualisation. Comfortable with advanced troubleshooting and configurations.
- MSP Background: Previous experience in a Managed Service Provider environment is a big plus, but a strong learning mindset is also valued.
- Proactive Attitude: Constantly looking for ways to expand skill set and take initiative, such as learning new tech tools or streamlining processes.
