Clarion Housing Group is seeking a confident Neighbourhood Response Officer to help manage Clarion properties across the East region from our Stevenage base.
You will support centrally based teams by completing customer visits, arranging viewings and sign‑ups, and identifying tenancy breaches plus reports of anti‑social behaviour.
The role is hybrid, with travel across the local region required; you will work with residents and partner agencies to keep estates clean, safe and well‑used.
