We're seeking a Property Compliance Systems Officer to join our team. In this role, you'll maintain accurate data across a range of property assets, including passenger lifts, playgrounds, fire safety systems, fixed wiring, gas and water. You'll play a key role in monitoring compliance, ensuring all servicing, testing, maintenance and assessment activities meet regulatory and organisational requirements.

You'll be responsible for maintaining reliable asset data, carrying out regular reconciliations across multiple systems and ensuring all assets align to the correct compliance regimes. This includes monitoring and resolving data quality issues, investigating discrepancies and taking ownership of fixes to keep records accurate and up to date. You'll also analyse data to identify trends and opportunities, making recommendations that support continuous improvement in compliance and data quality.

We're looking for someone with strong experience analysing complex data, able to draw clear conclusions and identify practical solutions. You'll have a proven track record of reconciling data across multiple sources and strong Excel skills, including reporting, pivot tables and lookups. Strong organisation and the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment are essential.

With hybrid working, base locations across England and flexible working arrangements this could be the opportunity you've been looking for! This is a hybrid role with a base location at one of our offices. Candidates will be expected to work from the office at least 1 day per week currently, but this may change in the future. Occasional travel may be required with attendance at your designated office base and occasional travel to other Clarion offices as and when required.
