Salary: £21,818 - £25,387 per annum (National) / £24,054 to £28,096 per annum (Borehamwood)

Hours: 21 hours per week

The Tenancy Specialist will provide a high level of expertise on antisocial behaviour and legal action for tenancy enforcement. You’ll be working closely with field-based Neighbourhood Officers to ensure effective investigation and management of cases and that the most appropriate, cost effective and proportionate action is taken.

We’ll look to you to manage a caseload of antisocial behaviour cases within your patch area, deciding on the most appropriate, cost effective and proportionate course of action, and ensuring the right support is in place for those affected.

Please note: tenancy fraud activity is currently under review. The role will primarily focus on antisocial behaviour, however there may be a requirement to support fraud-related work in the future.

This is a hybrid role, with an expectation to work from an East region Clarion office for at least one day per week. Our local offices are based in Borehamwood, Stevenage, March and Norwich. The remainder of your working time will be split between working from home, office-based working and covering your local region, depending on the needs of the role. Specific working arrangements will be agreed with your line manager.

Applicants must be able to travel across the region as required, including for resident appointments, partner meetings, court hearings and other duties associated with the role.
