You will undertake pre- and post-inspections and prepare reports for responsive repairs, voids and cyclical works, engaging with customers, leaseholders, and stakeholders to plan maintenance tasks.
You will carry out building surveys to identify defects and risks, supervise major void inspections, ensure work meets KPIs, and travel across the region as required.
