Do you have experience in change management in a complex organisation? We're looking for a Change and Adoption Partner to work alongside the Change and Adoption Manager, joining a team that is responsible for the facilitation and governance of the Change Management process across various projects within Clarion Housing Group . Utilising your understanding of the principles and practices of change management methodologies, you'll work closely with project teams to identify appropriate change management strategies, communication and training plans that will ensure successful adoption of the change. With an ability to manage relationships with various audiences and influence others to move towards a common vision or goal, you'll be the key point of contact for the business areas impacted by the change and will engage with stakeholders to ensure that they understand both the impact on their teams and how to best support them. Experience of delivering workshops and focus groups is essential, as you'll be involved in conducting Change Impact Assessments, delivering presentations and training sessions to user groups within the business and supporting the implementation and embedding of change.If you have the ability to work collaboratively in a team and on your own initiative, with exceptional organisational skills, then we want to hear from you now!
