Job Summary
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced trade operative who has skills in installing, repairing & glazing UPVC windows & doors and other trades to join our team! We're looking for someone who can deliver a first class service to our properties covering Morden and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities
You’ll be responsible for carrying out a wide range of maintenance, responsive repairs, void works & property MOTs connected with all aspects of their specialist trades and any secondary trades. The works shall be carried out in an efficient way and completed within required deadlines.
Requirements
- Experience in installing, repairing & glazing UPVC windows & doors
- Skills in other trades
- Valid UK driving licence (company vehicle will be provided for work use only)
- Basic Criminal Record Check Clearance
- You must be eligible to work in the UK to apply for this vacancy.

- You are required to reside in England or Wales for the duration of your employment.
