We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and integrate Latimer's Project Management, Design Management and Cost Planning functions, overseeing all pre-construction services required to enable the successful delivery of a diverse portfolio of residential-led projects. This role offers the opportunity to play a key part in delivering high-quality, affordable homes across the country.

You will be part of a team based out of our Manchester office and work closely with other teams across the business from the inception of a project through to the handover and aftercare of our customers' new homes. The range of projects will vary from mixed-use, high-rise city centre regeneration to joint venture housing schemes.

You will take a lead in ensuring that a strong project and programme management discipline is applied, making sure we deliver in line with the vision, brief and business plan. You will work as part of a team and foster a spirit of collaboration across all stakeholders.

You will need strong project management skills, a technical understanding of different construction technologies including high-rise buildings, and extensive experience in planning, programming and procuring developments to budget. A strong track record managing multi-disciplinary design teams is essential.

You should be a Chartered Member of RICS or CIOB or have other relevant membership/experience. Experience with a contractor, developer, house builder or consultant leading general project pre-construction activities or a significant part of it across a variety of procurement types with scheme values averaging £20m, up to £100m is required. Strong communication skills and self-motivation are essential, along with significant experience in commercial procurement.

This is a hybrid role with a base location at our offices in Manchester. Candidates will be expected to work from the office at least 3 days per week and may be expected to work from a central office once per month. Applicants must be able to travel across the region as required.

You must be eligible to work in the UK to apply for this vacancy; Clarion are not able to offer visa sponsorship. You are required to reside in England or Wales for the duration of your employment.
