Salary: GBP 67,820 to GBP 84,776 plus GBP 5,000 car allowance per annum (in exceptional circumstances we would consider a salary of up to 10% above the top of the advertised range)

Responsibilities
- Reporting to the Head of Commercial, play a key role as part of the commercial team to deliver Procurement, Commercial Management and Risk Management to the wider Development directorate.
- Act as the commercial lead across a portfolio of residential and mixed-use development projects, overseeing all commercial and contractual activities from pre-construction through to completion.
- Ensure value for money, effective risk management, and full compliance with the Procurement Act, while aligning with Clarion's commercial governance and procurement procedures.
- Provide strong commercial leadership, robust cost control, and confident contract administration; work closely with Development and Project Managers to deliver high-quality developments on time, on budget, and in line with commercial objectives.
- Lead all pre- and post-contract commercial activities across assigned projects and provide expert commercial advice and guidance to Development and Project Managers.
- Ensure compliance with internal governance frameworks and relevant legislation, advise on procurement strategy, and work with procurement systems (preferably Atamis) and cost management tools such as PAMWIN / M3Pamwin Lite; skilled in valuations, variations, and final.
