Location: Stevenage – Kings Court or London – Corsica Street
Salary: £43,896 to £51,560 per annum + £5,000 car allowance
Hours: 39 hours per week

We're looking for an experienced Safety professional to join the team to help support the safety and wellbeing of our 4,000 colleagues and their workplaces.?
Covering Clarion's North & East Regions of England you will be expected to travel regularly across all regions.
We put a huge emphasis on the safety of our people at Clarion, and as one of our dedicated Health and Safety Officers, you will provide safety advice and ensure compliance, author and deliver training, investigate accidents and incidents, and organise internal communication campaigns on Health and Safety. You'll predominantly be providing safety support and advice to our Responsive Repair colleagues including inspections, site visits and providing written reports and follow-up.
The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge and understanding of UK Health & Safety Legislation, including experience of practical application in the workplace, proven experience of facilitating and providing virtual and face-to-face-training and technical proficiency in Microsoft software packages and be able to utilise bespoke software applications. You will ensure accident investigations are completed, with proportionate corrective action identified and completed with comprehensive reporting systems in place, including but not limited to RIDDOR reportable events ensuring accurate records are maintained.
You'll have practical knowledge of key property repairs Health and Safety risks such as, asbestos, working at height and manual handling and hold a NEBOSH level 3 certificate in Occupational Health and Safety (or equivalent).

This is a hybrid role with a base location at our offices in either Stevenage or London- Corsica Street. Candidates will be expected to work from the office at least 1 day per week.
