We\’re seeking an experienced leader to join us as Head of Customer Accounts at Grange Property Management. You\’ll provide overall management and leadership for Grange\’s Service Charge operation nominally divided into back-office admin support and front-line customer facing functions.?
We\’ll look to you to inspire and lead the customer accounts team to support the wider Operations Team in all things to do with our block and estate finances. You\’ll ensure best practice guidelines are properly coordinated with teams across the wider business so that compliance and customer experience remain at a high level.
We\’re looking for an excellent, confident communicator with a proven track record of managing and motivating a hybrid team. You\’ll also need significant experience of the production of leaseholder budgets and final accounts as well as an in-depth knowledge and use of Qube property management software.

This is a hybrid role with a base location at our office in Lower Eashing near Godalming Surrey Candidates will be expected to work from the office at least 2 days per week.
Occasional travel may be required with attendance at your designated office base and occasional travel to other Clarion offices as and when required.
