If you have experience of building and supporting complex power platform solutions with a focus on D365 CRM apps and custom model driven apps, then this could be the opportunity you've been waiting for.
You’ll develop and support our Dynamics 365 CRM customer systems, ensuring support tickets are logged, triaged and resolved quickly, keeping the customers informed of progress. Ensuring systems are kept up to date in line with supplier releases, you’ll engage with customers regularly and publicise new features introduced in each release.
You’ll help design and implement new solutions and, guided by our solution architects, you’ll be responsible for taking the lead in planning, developing and supporting our Dynamics CRM technical solutions, prioritising quality and resilience.

This is a hybrid role with a base location offered at one of our offices across England. Candidates will be expected to work from a main office once every two months.
