Are you looking to learn and develop your trade skills? Clarion are offering you the opportunity to gain knowledge and skills working alongside an experienced trade mentor, whilst supporting you through a formal college course aligned to your role. If you're interested in developing a broad range of fundamental trade skills then this could be your chance to join our team working for the UK's largest Housing association.

This level 2 apprenticeship includes skills in carpentry, joinery, plumbing, plastering, brick and block work, external works and associated finishing trades including tiling, painting, and decorating. Starting in August 2025 you'll gain experience in repairs and maintenance, deliver services to our residents' homes and comply with all Health, Safety and Environmental standards.

You'll ensure that the service delivered exceeds customer needs, requirements and expectations by working with your mentor and colleagues to develop a culture which continually improves the customer experience. With good communication and people skills you'll promote teamwork and develop excellent working relationships with all members of staff across the Clarion Housing Group, and all other key stakeholders, both internal and external.

Experience in interacting with mobile IT devices, such as smartphones or tablets and a passion to provide excellent customer service is essential. If you have a can-do attitude, are committed to learning and ensuring that repair and maintenance services continually improve then we want to hear from you.

Please note this multi-trade apprenticeship is delivered as block release. That means that if you are successful in securing this apprenticeship then you will need to stay away from home (in a hotel) for one week, every 5/6 weeks. Following this call successful candidates will be asked to attend an unpaid 1-day work placement and final interviews taking place between April- May 2025.
